CONSTRUCTION SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE: Currently seeking experienced full-time safety representative (HES Specialist) for a construction project. Project is a construction metal building, with project start date July 12th and expected 5 month duration. Temporary position with possibility for future projects; pay DOE and qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must have current Passport, current First Aid/CPR, knowledge of contraction trade, HS diploma or GED required, computer literate, AS and/or BS degree or formal education in environmental or safety related curriculum a plus. Strong candidate will have Chevron safety experience and construction safety experience.
SAMPLE OF DUTIES: Coordinate with all contractor personnel and project management to ensure safe working conditions; identify and mitigate known hazards and potential hazards according to site specific safety plan; conduct on-site safety training, jobsite inspections and JSA's; responsible for all on site safety-related recordkeeping, documentation and reports.
