Job Description
  *Ability to critically and carefully analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions from it.
  *Ability to patiently listen-to and understand other peoples' ideas.
  *Ability to clearly and persuasively explain oneself (both spoken and written English: some Spanish would be helpful).
  *Accessible for emergency consultation during "off" hours.
  *Proven success in the areas of planning, organizing, staffing, problem-solving and follow-up.
  *Ability to pass appropriate muscular/skeletal and drug/alcohol tests.
  *Ability to work independently, far from management support and oversight.
  *Willing to seek advice and compromise, but decisive and action-oriented.
  *Ability to manage in a heavily-regulated and potentially-dangerous business environment.
  *Ability to confidently, patiently and positively juggle competing demands and multiple tasks.  Mentally and emotionally bright, flexible, and calm.
